Each component of your pay is calculated separately and then summed for the monthly gross:
Regular pay = regular hours × hourly rate
Overtime pay = overtime hours × hourly rate × multiplier
Night bonus = night hours × hourly rate × (night bonus% ÷ 100)
Weekend bonus = weekend hours × hourly rate × (weekend bonus% ÷ 100)
Note: Night and weekend hours are already counted in regular or overtime hours — the bonus columns represent only the additional bonus amount, not the full pay for those hours.
