Shift & Salary is a shift planning and salary calculator app. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
Shift schedules, pay rates, overtime settings, and holidays you enter are stored locally on your device only. We do not transmit this data to any server.
The mobile app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymized usage data (screens viewed, feature usage, crash reports). This data helps us improve the app. Analytics is collected only after you give explicit consent in the app's onboarding screen. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings.
Anonymous app events, device type, OS version, and app version. It does not collect your name, email, shift data, or salary data. Google acts as a data processor. See: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
The app does not display ads and does not use advertising SDKs or tracking for advertising purposes.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except as described above (Google Analytics, if consented).
Local app data remains on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data. Analytics data retention is set to 2 months in Google Analytics settings.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Since we store no personal data on our servers, the primary way to exercise these rights is by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. For analytics data, contact us at softwarecaraft@gmail.com.
Shift & Salary is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
