By selecting a continue action next to the Terms notice during onboarding, or by downloading, installing, or using Shift Calendar & Paycheck, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy describes data processing and does not replace consent choices required by law.
License
SOFTWARECARAFT S.R.L. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Permitted Use
You may use Shift Calendar & Paycheck to plan your personal work schedule and estimate your salary. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute any part of the app.
Accuracy of Calculations
Salary estimates provided by the app are based on the rates and settings you configure. They are estimates only and may not reflect your actual paycheck. Always verify against your employment contract, payslip, and applicable labor law. SOFTWARECARAFT S.R.L. is not liable for any financial decisions made based on app estimates.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app interaction and improve features, reliability, advertising status, and the subscription experience. Analytics is described in the Privacy Policy and is configured separately from ad personalization.
Free Features, Ads and Pro
The app offers free features that may show an interstitial ad before certain actions, including PDF export and multiple selection, after a notice and confirmation. Optional rewarded ads may temporarily unlock premium themes. Pro subscriptions unlock the features shown on the purchase screen and remove ads. Features, limits, trials, and offers can vary by platform, country, app version, and store configuration.
Subscriptions, Renewal and Cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play at the price and currency shown before purchase. Unless the store states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel from the app or through your store account; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, access normally continues until the end of the current billing period, subject to the store's rules. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the store's deadline. Refunds are handled under the applicable store rules and mandatory consumer law.
Your Data and Backups
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for securely storing backup or export files. Restoring a backup can replace current app data after confirmation.
Availability
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or website at any time without notice.
Disclaimer and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or calculation accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
